Our Background
Josh started the practice in December 2009 after acquiring a small accountancy practice on the Gold Coast, QLD.
The practice moved to new offices at Southport in July 2010 where it currently operates out of modern offices in Southport Central Tower 3.
Our clients typically include Small and Medium companies with $2m-$50m turnover, hospitals and medical practitioners, hotels, lawyers, celebrities, high-wealth individuals, family-run businesses and smaller individuals. These clients are spread widely over the Gold Coast, Brisbane & Sydney Metropolitan areas with some further interstate and overseas clients.
Our Philosophy
Our aim is to provide a close personalised service to all our clients with direct access to our team at anytime. This differentiates us from larger practices where it is often difficult to talk to senior or qualified staff.
We aim to totally familiarise ourselves with each client’s business or taxation affairs, its people, competitive position, products and services and its financial health. With this knowledge we seek to advise and provide specialised services in the areas of accounting, superannuation, taxation, GST and management advice. Our aim is to add value to our clients’ businesses through provision of superior business advice that represents value for money.

Meet the Directors
Josh Dimon

Director
Josh commenced practice on the Gold Coast in December 2009 after 15+ years in public accountancy practices in Sydney. This included senior roles in small and medium accountancy practices as well as taxation partner in a firm of Chartered Accountants in the Sydney CBD.
Josh is a fully-qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Certificate of Public Practice issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Josh is also a registered tax agent, holds a Masters Degree in Taxation Law and is a Fellow Member of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
Josh has extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of public- practice accounting and taxation and has been a group leader, exam marker and mentor of the CA Program of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Jack Leavy
B.Com(Acc), C.A., M.Tax, FTI, C.Dec
Director
Jack Leavy joined the practice in 2012. He is a fully-qualified Chartered Accountant and has a Masters Degree in Taxation Law.
Jack has extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of public-practice accounting and taxation and provides training and mentoring to the professional staff.
Jack has practical experience and knowledge in many industries including:

- Real Estate and rental properties

He currently specialises in business advice, tax structuring, capital gains tax, superannuation, management reporting and Xero Consulting.
Professional Staff
Josh and Jack are also assisted by a team of client-focused professional staff that include fully-qualified Chartered Accountants, undergraduate and graduate accountants and administration assistants.
We take great care in staff selection, thereby ensuring competence and professionalism, experience, qualification and integrity for the position. All professional accounting staff are degree qualified (or studying) in Accountancy and are encouraged and supported to undertake post-graduate study of the Chartered Accountants (CA) Program with the aim of becoming qualified Chartered Accountants.
To keep up-to-date, we have our own formal internal training programme and staff regularly attend external seminars and specialised educational programmes to ensure CPE requirements are met.
All staff work under the direct supervision of Josh Dimon and Jack Leavy and all client work is subject to quality control review.
